Excuse the nostrils. I wanted to show you an after picture of just 4 uses of this product. Sorry, i do not have a before picture. My teeth were not bad just some stains btwn tje teeth and slight discoloration. I was so impressed by how quick this product worked. I used it twice a day for the first two days and then once a day for two more days. I have not used it in the last few days as i didnt feel it was needed. It is quite messy but i will take it with the fast results i got from it. I did find that after using it and then using reg toothpaste it was still black in the gum lines. So i got my water pick out and rinsed with that and it removed all the charcoal from my teeth.

I had my teeth professionally whitened a few months ago, and thought I would try charcoal as a preventative measure going forward. I’ve been surprised to see my teeth have lightened a little bit more since the professional treatment I had. Charcoal is EXTREMELY messy though. I basically brush my teeth with my head in the sink, to keep it from going everywhere. It also requires a follow up brush with regular toothpaste, and flossing to get all the little black specks out of your gums. I’ve been using it at night when I have a bit more time to spend.
